Inspection Comments |
SPOKE WITH THE PERSON-IN-CHARGE REGARDING THE IMPROPER MASKING COMPLAINT THAT WAS FILED WITH THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. DURING THIS TIME, I OBSERVED THAT EMPLOYEES WERE NOT WEARING FACE COVERING.
I ASKED THE PERSON-IN-CHARGE FOR THEIR MASKING POLICY, AND THEY COULD NOT PROVIDE A DEFINITIVE ANSWER. CURRENTLY, THEY DO NOT HAVE A MASKING POLICY. I INFORMED HIM OF THE CURRENT MASKING REQUIREMENT AND PROVIDED THE ASSOCIATED LITERATURE. A FOLLOW-UP WILL BE CONDUCTED IN 7 DAYS (OCTOBER 2, 2020) TO ENSURE THAT EMPLOYEE ARE WEARING MASKS. |
